We are looking to hire an enthusiastic RVN to join our lovely Barry team.
The Team
Our Barry branch consists of 1x RVN, 1x SVN, 1-2 x Vets and 2x ACA/admin,working closely together and improving the lives of pets.

Alongside our Barry practice we have our main hospital in Bridgend, and three other branches across South Wales. We remain committed to excellent clinical care and extremely high standards, including being cat friendly with a Gold level cat friendly status from the ISFM in our hospital.

You and The Role
Requirements:
• Registered veterinary nurse
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• The confidence to be able to work independently
• The skills to work under pressure
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold a full UK drivers licence

The Role:
The role is solely to cover our Barry branch, with the option to rotate to work 1 in 6 weeks in our main hospital.
Responsibilities include: Running nurse clinics, theatre practice, lab duties, ordering/stock control, answering client queries via email/phone,dispensing mediation,patient care, day to day upkeep of the practise, administration work and much more.
This is a full time role that can either be a 5 day week, or have the options to work a 4 and a half day week, No weekend work but you may occasionally be required to cover a Bank holiday day in our hospital.

• Pay: up to £32,000 (depending on hours and years qualified)
