Join a stunning independent clinic in West London where patient care, teamwork, and staff wellbeing come first. This modern, high-end practice is looking for an RVN to become part of their friendly and highly skilled team. Experience is flexible – whether you’re newly qualified or more established, you’ll receive excellent support and development.
About the Role
- 4-day working week following a structured induction period
- Weekend rota typically 1:3 Saturdays & 1:6 Sundays (flexible and open to discussion with local sister sites)
- No OOH and no on-call – genuine work–life balance
- Work alongside 3 experienced Veterinary Surgeons and a supportive Clinical Director
- Strong leadership from a highly experienced Head Nurse, ideal for newly qualified RVNs
- Varied nurse-led responsibilities with high clinical standards
- Interview process: Stage 1 Teams → Stage 2 site visit
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified RVN (or due to qualify soon)
- Passion for outstanding patient and client care
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Enthusiastic about developing skills within a modern, progressive clinic
