Your Role Includes:
- Overseeing patient flow and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Managing nursing duties including consultations, inpatient care, anaesthesia, and peri-operative support.
- Providing mentorship to student nurses and patient care assistants (Clinical Coach qualification desirable but not essential).
- Collaborating with the Head Vet to maintain high clinical standards and drive the practice’s growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- RVN with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for leadership and mentoring within a small but busy practice.
