The Role:
Hours: 37.5 working hours with 1 in 4 weekends
The Lead Nurse role is key to the business ability to provide a high level of clinical standards. The Lead Nurse will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice.
You'll work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM), the Lead Nurse - Education will identify areas of training development needs within the nursing team and ensure that nursing team education across the business is managed as effectively as possible.
