You'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team delivering vital veterinary care to pets whose owners are facing financial difficulty — meaningful work every single day. The practice
- Modern, well-equipped charity pet hospital
- Separate dog and cat kennelling, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy and piped gases
- Extensive orthopaedic equipment on site
- Highly collaborative team with varied clinical interests and a strong learning culture
The role
- Work across nurse consultations, inpatient care, dispensing and theatre including Schedule 3
- Play a key part in keeping pets calm and owners well-informed throughout their care
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiencies and champion responsible use of resources
- Work a flexible rota — choice of shift patterns agreed at interview to suit your lifestyle
- Weekend working limited to around 1 in 7
- Shared bank holiday cover with flexibility on which days you work
