An independent, forward-thinking small animal practice in Wiltshire is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their expanding team.
The practice strongly believes that veterinary nursing extends far beyond basic assistance, empowering its nurses to utilise their full skillset, develop professionally, and play a hands-on role in direct patient care. You will join a friendly, experienced nursing team comprising 5 RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 2 degree students, working within a modern facility featuring a varied caseload and a strong focus on clinical excellence, kindness, and teamwork.
📋 Rota & Position Details:
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week over 4 days).
- Shift Rota: Rotated shifts covering 08:00 – 19:30.
- Out-of-Hours: No OOH responsibilities.
- Weekend Rota: Currently 1 in 6 Saturdays.
💰 Package & Remuneration:
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Holiday: 19 days annual leave (for a 4-day working week), plus bank holidays.
- CPD & Fees: Paid CPD allowance, plus paid RCVS and BVNA memberships.
- Benefits: Medical insurance, contributory pension scheme, and discounted pet care.

- Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse with active RCVS registration.
