My Independent client in Wiltshire are looking for an RVN to join their team.
THE PRACTICE
- Independent with 3 sites
- New gold standard cat only clinic at main site
- Facilities at main clinic allow cases to be dealt with in house with little need for referral
- Supportive efficient management teams at each clinic
- 38 staff members with nursing team of 16
- Teaching practice offering good caring support
- Open culture with emphasis on CPD
THE JOB ROLE/BENEFITS
- £26,000.00 to £30,000.00 starting salary
- Surgical and consulting RVN (ability to assist with most surgical cases and schedule 3 duties)
- Freedom to define your own position within the clinic ideally with a special interest.
- Coach others in the nursing team [clinical coaching an option if desired]
- 4 day week – shifts between 8.30am till 7pm with 1 hour lunch and coffee /tea breaks
- 1 in 5 weekend rota for hospitalised patients only
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- VDS & RCVS membership fees included

- CPD £500.00 pa [They can consider funding for certificates/further studies]
They are seeking an experienced RVN who is; organised and efficient, able to challenge themselves, passionate about their job and animal welfare, shows compassion to clients and with excellent communication skills, and a motivational team player.
