About the Practice & Team
The team is dedicated, friendly, and forward-thinking 💙. Currently, the clinical team includes six RVNs, two SVNs, and one ANA. The practice encourages all aspects of nursing, and nurses are supported to explore a variety of clinical interests. Coaching experience is advantageous but not essential. CPD is actively supported, and the culture encourages career development and personal growth.

Based in a thriving market town in southern England, the practice offers a community feel with access to stunning countryside 🏞️, including the Salisbury Plain and North Wessex Downs AONB — perfect for enjoying work-life balance.
The Role
They are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic RVN who is confident in all aspects of nursing and enjoys variety in their work.
Full-time, 40-hour week over 4 days
Shift rota covering 8am–7pm, with 1:5 Saturdays (8.30am–4.30pm)
Weekend rota may reduce as the team grows
Opportunity to contribute to all clinical areas and develop personal interests
