Your Role & Clinical Freedom 🩺
They are looking for a multi-disciplinary RVN who enjoys variety. You won’t just be stuck in one room; you’ll rotate through: ✅ Surgical & Anaesthesia (including Schedule 3 tasks!) ✂️ ✅ Diagnostics & Laboratory 🔬 ✅ In-patient care & Nurse Consulting 🐾

4-Day Week: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm (With a full hour for lunch + tea breaks!). ☕
Weekends: Only 1 in 6 for hospitalised patients. 🗓️
Holiday: 5 weeks + Bank Holidays. 🏖️
Growth: Annual performance pay reviews and clear salary banding. 📈
Fees Paid: VDS & RCVS memberships included. ✅
CPD: £400 PA (with potential funding for certificates for the right candidate!). 📚
