Senior Veterinary Nurse – Wiltshire
Salary: £35,000 – £39,000
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established small animal practice in Swindon. The role covers three sites and offers strong leadership responsibility, including developing clinical standards, supervising the nursing team, and supporting HR and recruitment.
• RVN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Experience coaching others and managing a team
• Confident in consulting and client care
• Clinical Coach qualification (essential)
• Leadership or management experience desirable
• Monday–Friday 8.30am–7pm (4 days/week)
• 1 in 5 Saturdays (9am–1pm)
• No OOH
• 5 weeks’ holiday + bank holidays
• VDS and RCVS fees paid
• £500 CPD allowance
