An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern RCVS-accredited, first opinion practice in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be based at the main site which is a beautiful, large and spacious hospital. They will also be expected to cover two nearby branch surgeries. They will be full of enthusiasm and have experience working in a small animal practice and ideally some large animal experience for the odd occasion. They will be confident carrying out consultations and surgical operations, have top notch communication skills, be a great team player and be confident working with minimal supervision. A car driver and owner is a must for this role.
• 4 days per week.
• 8.30am – 6.30pm.
• 1 day per week on call - 1pm – 9pm but no overnights.
• 1 full weekend in 5 (morning consultations and on call until 5pm) 2 days off in lieu.
