We are pleased to offer a new opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a passionate and friendly team in Berkshire.
The practice offers plenty of onsite parking and is located only 10 minutes away from Reading town centre with public transport (bus and train) within short walking distance.
The Role
- Veterinary Surgeon – full or part-time permanent position
- Flexible hours to work around you and help improve your work/life balance
- No requirements for OOH
- This is a sole charge position where you have clinical freedom to treat your patients as you need
- You will need to feel comfortable consulting and be confident in routine surgery and emergency surgery when required
- Although this is a sole charge position, you will be supported by an existing team of 2.5 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 2.5 ANAs and a reception team of 4

- Salary starting at £55k

We are looking for a good all-round GP Veterinary surgeon, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries.
