Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE | Hours: 4-day week | Weekends: 1:6 Saturday mornings & 1:6 full Saturdays | No OOH
Looking for your next step in a supportive, progressive practice with an experienced team and excellent facilities? This established small animal practice in West Midlands is seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit, long-standing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality care across routine, advanced, and ECC cases
Working with a team of 9 vets, including a certificate holder and colleagues pursuing further qualifications
Building strong client relationships with continuity of care
Getting involved in regular vet meetings and case discussions
What They’re Looking For
An MRCVS-registered vet with UK practice experience
Confident with routine surgery and medicine, with enthusiasm for case continuity
A collaborative team player who values knowledge-sharing and professional growth
What’s on Offer
Salary up to £65,000 DOE
