Hospital-based role with 12 theatres, CT, certificate holders on-site & no OOH — full & part-time considered across multiple branches.
Who They Are
This is a well-established, profitable small animal first-opinion hospital operating across multiple branches in the West Midlands — all within 30 minutes of Birmingham. With a strong insured client base, a team of 19 vets including 7 certificate holders across cardiology, dermatology, medicine, ophthalmology, and soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, this practice has built a reputation for clinical excellence at every level.
The facilities speak for themselves: 12 operating theatres, CT, digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, a fully equipped dental suite, and a comprehensive in-house laboratory. A dedicated out-of-hours night team means the last appointment is 18:30 on weekdays — no OOH burden for the day team.
This is a practice that invests in its people, with a proven track record of developing vets from graduate level through to certificate holders, branch managers, and leadership roles.
