GVC are assisting a brand-new, beautifully designed veterinary clinic in South East London with the recruitment of an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team.
This new surgery has been designed around delivering high clinical standards alongside a fantastic working environment for the whole team. With excellent transport links into Central London, you’ll have the best of both worlds easy access to the city while working in a leafy, more relaxed part of South East London.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded vet with 3+ years' experience who is confident in both consultations and surgery.
You’ll be comfortable with:
- 20-minute consultations
- Routine surgery including spays and castrations
- Emergency medicine
- Soft tissue surgery including ex-laps, cystotomies, pyometra and C-sections
- Delivering a high standard of patient and client care
- Working collaboratively within a growing team
The Team
You’ll be joining a passionate and ambitious team that values open communication, collaboration and a blame-free culture.
You’ll be supported by:
- 3 RVNs
- 4 VCAs
- Practice Administrator
- A growing team of veterinary professionals
Hours & Benefits
- Salary from £50,000 DOE / FTE
- Full-time or part-time considered
- 4-day working week
- Weekdays: 8:45am–7pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:45am–5pm
- No OOH
- CPD and postgraduate qualification support
