Our client is a corporately owned Hospital that is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The Role:
This is a Full-Time position working 4 days a week with 1 in 6 Weekends (subject to change with team increases) with full TOIL. There are no OOHs requirements. There is a degree of flexibility and a preference for weekend-only or twilight shift patterns would be considered.
You will be joining a team of 10 Day Vets, 3 Night Vets with interests and advanced qualifications in ECC, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Dentistry, Exotics, and Imaging.15 Day Nurses, 3 Night Nurses, 3 Kennel Assistants, 2 Lab Techs and the main, RCVS Accredited hospital is a VetGP Advisor Practice and also an RVN Training Practice
The role will be split between consulting, operating and inpatient management, so a level of experience is required and an interest or certificate in ECC or Internal Medicine would be advantageous, but not essential.
Sole charge work at branch surgeries is limited to consultations and non-Cavity surgeries only, until their new refit has been completed, all cavity and complex surgeries / procedures are carried out at the hospital.
The hospital is fitted out with a full range of diagnostic and surgical equipment, allowing our team to work to the highest standards.
The Package:
- Salary Up to £55,000+ Depending on Experience (FTE)
