Are you looking to have a long term future in an independent practice growing in reputation amongst the Chiltern Hills?
As a rapidly growing Independent Vet group, my client are family owned and seeking an experienced Vet to join their relatively new practice in Buckinghamshire, that opened last year. They have a total of 13 branches, across various areas of the UK and are attracting big client bases allowing them to grow their practices and teams. They are continually investing in their company, providing excellent facilities and equipment in house, and schedule major refurbishments of their practices every 10 years.
This is a part time role, working 3 days per week and alternate Saturday mornings. There will be an element of sole charge and plenty of support from nearby branches, visiting surgeons and experienced management team and wider group. Although there are no OOHs, and they offer flexible rotas to ensure you have an excellent work/life balance and keep you enthusiastic about your job.
You would need to to have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, and be within 45 minutes travel of the practice.
Generous Salary offers of £50,000 - £80,000 FTE to commensurate with experience and hours, plus SIX weeks annual leave per annum.
