Join a modern, independent small animal practice in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire! This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated vet looking for genuine work-life balance, a supportive team, and a manageable caseload – all with no out-of-hours work.
💼 The Role
Full-time: 4 weekdays, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Part-time: 2–3 days per week (flexible)
Saturdays: 1 in 3, 9:00am – 2:00pm
No OOH, no Sundays, no bank holidays! 🎉
20-minute consults and a well-managed diary to help you keep a great balance
Friendly, experienced small animal team in an independent setting
💰 Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), depending on experience

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
Confident with consults and routine surgery
Friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering great care
Keen to grow professionally within a supportive, well-structured environment
