An exciting opportunity has arisen for Veterinary Surgeons with varying levels of experience to join a brand-new practice opening in Buckinghamshire.
Rather than stepping into an established team, you will have the chance to be part of the clinic from day one—helping shape the culture, build strong relationships with new colleagues and clients, and create an ideal practice environment. Joining a newly formed team backed by a wider practice network and an experienced central team, you will receive full support throughout the launch. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional care using state-of-the-art facilities and bespoke technology to ensure a seamless experience for pets and their owners.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical operations and procedures with precision and care.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in pets.
- Provide compassionate and informative consultations to pet owners.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

👤 Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with active RCVS registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience required (applications welcomed from Vets with varying levels of experience).
- Proficiency in performing a variety of veterinary surgical procedures and strong diagnostic skills to develop treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to continuous professional development.
