Are you looking for an opportunity to step into management, whilst continuing to work as a clinical veterinarian?
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Vet with leadership aspirations to cover a fixed term (12 months) Lead Vet role at our clients 24hr practice.
The right candidate will:
** Work closely with the management team to maximise the quality of the service provided, the financial performance delivered, and the welfare of the team.
** Line manage 4-5 other Vets.
** Be strongly supported in this role by another experienced lead vet (who oversees the OOH service) and the wider management team.
Details:
- 42 hours a week
- 4 day week
- 1 in 4 weekends with extra day off before and after weekend
- Up to £70,000 DOE
