JR is seeking an experienced vet with leadership potential or prior management experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about nurturing and guiding a team and committed to delivering high-quality patient and client care with an interest in professional development with certificate support available.

You will be working alongside a welcoming, supportive, and collaborative team including experienced colleagues and Two Advanced Practitioners in medicine with certificates in cardiology, dermatology, and emergency and critical care.

This team hold a strong focus on wellbeing, supported by Wellbeing Champions who organize regular events such as baking competitions, seasonal activities including Easter Egg hunts, social gatherings, BBQs, and an annual Christmas party as well as continuous encouragement of work-life balance.

Facilities and Equipment include a new wing with a state-of-the-art operating theatre and a spacious, calm cat ward, full in-house diagnostic capabilities, including digital radiography (including dental), Advanced ultrasound with extensive probes, Video-endoscopy (gastroscope, bronchoscope, and small rigid scopes), Multi-parameter anaesthetic monitoring, Tonometry, a purpose-built rehabilitation center featuring an underwater treadmill and K-Laser therapy managed by two qualified physiotherapists.

This is a Permanent, full-time role working 4 days a week, 9 hours a day with 1:4 weekends. However, our client is happy to consider a part-time role for the right candidate so please do let us know your preferences.
