We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-vet small animal practice based in Cambridgeshire, seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a medical certificate (or working towards one) to join their experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a recently refurbished, spacious clinic, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet easily accessible from nearby towns.
The practice boasts excellent facilities, a supportive leadership team including a Lead Vet with a Medicine Certificate, and a culture that genuinely values clinical excellence and work-life balance.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard medical and surgical care during consultations and procedures
- Support case continuity and build strong client relationships
- Contribute to clinical meetings and team development
- Mentor junior vets and support the development of colleagues
- Maintain high levels of clinical and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to the growth of the practice, including potential expansion to 24-hour care

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Holds or is working towards a Certificate in Internal Medicine (or similar discipline)
- Confident with routine and advanced cases, including sole charge where required
- Strong clinical standards and a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach
