Are you a Small Animal Vet looking for a supportive, friendly team and a great work-life balance?
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal practice based in Cambridgeshire.
About the Role:
- Full or part-time hours available
- 2-4 day working week with flexible hours
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
- No out-of-hours or bank holiday work
- Interesting and varied caseload across consults and surgery
- Allocated admin time built into your day
This single-site practice offers a modern, brand-new facility with all the latest equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, dental suite, and separate cat/dog areas.
You’ll be joining a small, welcoming team consisting of experienced vets, RVNs, and support staff — all passionate about patient care and creating a positive working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Previous small animal practice experience preferred
- Compassionate and client-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a fear-free, stress-reducing way with patients
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 – £65,000 DOE
- 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays
