A Vet Group in Cambridgeshire have a rare opportunity for an experienced Vet (5 years +) to join their team in a lead position at one of their branches on the Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border.
The role will be primarily at this branch (minimum of 2 days per week) working with an excellent nurse and client care team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day veterinary work and contribute towards the performance of the practice. With additional shifts at their larger practice nearby for regular ops days to allow you to still utilise all your clinical skills.
The practice is very well located just 15 mins from Cambridge.
They can accommodate a 4 or 5 day working week (36-42 hours a week), with weekend rota to be discussed to suit you.
This is an exciting time to be able to shape the future of this long standing branch practice, and make your mark, with input and direction from our senior leadership team. You will be line managed, coached and mentored by the clinical director and you in turn will line manage and lead the branch team. You will receive full training and bespoke personal professional development as needed.
