Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon seeking a supportive, flexible, and client-focused practice with a strong team ethos and excellent work-life balance to join their team. Located within a busy Retail Park this practice offers a loyal client base and a varied caseload.
The practice is fully equipped with facilities including digital radiography, ultrasound and an In-house laboratory, ensuring vets have the tools and resources to deliver high-quality care.
You will be working alongside a dedicated and experienced team of 3 vets with a combined experience of over 50 years, ranging from seasoned practitioners to a recent graduate, 4 experienced nurses, 1 student nurse and 5 receptionists. This close-knit team works collaboratively, sharing expertise and opinions to support one another.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied mix of consultations and routine procedures with no two days alike. Consultations include non-routine appointments: 20 minutes and Routine appointments: 15 minutes.
This team are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, have good clinical skills and experience in consultations and routine procedures, values teamwork and enjoys a collaborative environment as well as possess excellent communication skills, essential for discussing cases and providing client education.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a fully flexible rota tailored to your needs. However, our client is happy to consider a part-time role, longer shifts, or specific days of the week for the right candidate therefore please do get in touch to let us know your preferences.
