A well-established, purpose-built small animal practice in Central Scotland is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet seeking clinical freedom, strong support, and potential progression into a senior or leadership role.
The practice is modern and well equipped, with multiple consult rooms, imaging and dental suites (including dental X-ray), theatres, endoscopy, in-house lab facilities and visiting specialists for orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. The team prides itself on working cases up in-house wherever possible and supporting individual clinical interests.
The role offers a 1:5 OOH rota with generous time off in lieu, nurses on site 24/7, 15-minute consultations, well-managed diaries and a strong focus on work–life balance.
Package includes: Salary up to £63,000 DOE, 6.8 weeks’ holiday, generous CPD allowance with funded certificates, paid RCVS & VDS fees, enhanced sick and maternity pay, health and wellbeing benefits, optional private medical insurance, pet care discounts, cycle to work scheme and free onsite parking.
