Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice where you can truly focus on your special interests and dedicate quality time to your patients?
We are recruiting for a fantastic role in the Cheshire area (near Chester), joining a practice at an exciting time as they integrate cutting-edge AI technology to enhance efficiency and support clinical decision-making!
The Role: Focus, Support & Innovation
- Consult Time: Enjoy 20-minute sick pet consults as standard, allowing for thorough work-ups.
- Technology: Be at the forefront of innovation by working with new AI technology designed to streamline your workflow and free up time for patient care. CPD will be provided to utilise these innovative tools.
- Clinical Interests: Confidence in routine surgery and consults is key. We are particularly interested in Vets with experience in Dentistry, Cardiology, or Laparoscopy, but are open to hearing from experienced Consult-Only Vets or those with any other special interests.
- Team: Join a large, experienced clinical team (7 Vets, 7 RVNs) with diverse interests who will actively support your development.
Work-Life Balance & Rota
The practice is committed to work-life balance, featuring a structured diary with dedicated time for paperwork, calls, and fully blocked-out lunch breaks.
- Commitment: Full-time preferred, but Part-Time hours will be considered.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
- Weekends: Minimal 1 in 5 Saturday mornings only (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM).
- Time Off: NO OOH or Sundays required.
