Are you an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next pivotal step in your career? We are seeking a Head Vet (or an experienced Vet ready for that path) to drive clinical standards, mentor junior colleagues, and truly make a difference in local pet care.

The Team & Facilities
You will join a truly supportive and friendly team led by an experienced Owner/RVN who has specialist interests in wound management and surgery.
- Team: 3 Vets (including one with a special interest in Exotics), 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 2 Receptionists.
- Equipment: Light and spacious surgery equipped with state-of-the-art digital X-ray, ultrasound, BP measurement, and in-house laboratory facilities.
- Culture: Proudly recognised as an Autism Friendly Practice, fostering an inclusive environment for both colleagues and clients.
Your Impact
Ideally, you are an experienced Vet, competent in medicine and surgical procedures, who can:
- Maintain and enhance top-quality clinical standards.
- Guide and mentor junior vets daily.
