Exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Vet to join a growing, refurbished practice in Cheshire offering genuine autonomy and the chance to shape the future clinical direction of the practice. Working closely with the Head Vet and Practice Owners, you’ll provide senior clinical guidance, support junior vets, oversee complex cases and promote best practice across surgery, anaesthesia and patient care. The practice has a varied insured caseload, a large experienced clinical team and a collaborative, social culture. Ideal for a vet with leadership experience or someone ready to step into a senior clinical role while remaining heavily focused on clinical work rather than operational management. Part-time role working 30 hours over 3 days with just 1 in 5 Saturday mornings and no Sundays or OOH.
