We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, supportive team at The Laurels, Runcorn — a leadership role where your experience and ideas truly matter. You will work alongside our Clinical Director to shape the practice’s future, mentor the next generation of vets, and thrive in a team that truly values its people
What you’ll be doing
- Mentoring and training newly and recently qualified vets, helping them build skills, confidence and clinical judgement
- Provide high-quality, compassionate clinical care across a wide range of cases, maintaining and promote excellent client care and communication
- Help create a supportive, respectful and collaborative working environment where everyone feels valued and able to thrive
The role
- Full-time (4-day working week – because work-life balance matters)
- Participation in the weekend and bank holiday rota
- Sundays & Bank Holidays based at our sister practice, Beech House Veterinary Hospital in Warrington giving access to ECC case load.
