Riverview Veterinary Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our busy clinic in Carrigaline. This position would suit someone who's seeking a leadership role in a three vet, three RVN, plus support team site. 

 

Within our five-site group we offer full first opinion practice, referral surgery, exotic and wildlife park services and further support is available from colleagues across the group, we're always keen to share knowledge and ideas. This position would suit an experienced vet who wants to lead their own clinical / surgical team and progress to the next stage of their career. 

 

The typical full time working week is 40 hours over 4 days though we can be flexible with hours, 1:3 Saturday clinics, with minimal Sunday on call (1:10), supported by nurses. This is a full time position.
 

Salary from €70,000 depending on experience (bonus pay available for any OOH worked).

Who we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will have experience in performing routine and emergency small animal surgery. Good leadership skills, with a focus on customer care and excellent communication skills are also required. An interest in medicine and diagnostics would be an advantage.
