About the Role
This is a newly created position due to continued growth, joining an established small animal team supported by a wider mixed practice environment.
The practice actively encourages vets to develop their own clinical interests, whether that's pursuing a certificate, building a niche area of expertise, mentoring junior colleagues, or simply enjoying a rewarding caseload within a supportive team.

- Confident with a varied first-opinion caseload
- Comfortable with routine surgery and consultations

Working Pattern
- 4-day working week
- Flexible working considered
- 1 in 6 out-of-hours rota
- Dedicated night nursing support on site
Salary & Benefits
- Salary £45,000–£60,000 DOE
