Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and friendly team in Cornwall, with flexibility in work arrangements and a focus on work-life balance. This is a purpose-built practice with four consult rooms, two operating theatres, imaging and dental suites, large prep area and has received a ISFM silver award for being cat-friendly (separate cat waiting area and cat ward) with a with a focus on continuing growth and maintaining high standards.
The practice is situated close to the sea, town center, and local amenities and offers a spacious reception, big car park, theatre, prep room, and staff room with stunning coastal views from the practice window.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Delivering exceptional clinical care to patients
- Providing clear and compassionate communication with clients.
- Develop tailored treatment plans and cost estimates.
- Supporting and mentoring the team to enhance skills and performance.
- Strong team player with clinical leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time role working 4 days a week with 1:3 Saturday mornings. However, our client can also offer a part-time role 2 days a week with 1:3 Saturday mornings. Both roles have No OOH. So please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £65,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
