VetPro Recruitment have a wonderful opportunity available for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a team in County Antrim, Ireland. This is a temporary position covering maternity leave for approx. 1 year with either a full, or part-time rota to suit the right candidate. As a standard you will cover 5 days per week between 8:30 am – 7:15 pm, plus a share of 1 in 4 Saturday mornings working a 3-hour shift and no out-of-hours. You will have responsibilities in first opinion small animal medicine and surgery. This practice is well-equipped with operating theatre, X-Ray, dental X-Ray, ultrasound, and full in-house laboratory. You will be joining a friendly team made up of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, 2 Animal Care Assistants and 1 receptionist. On offer is an excellent package including CPD allowance, paid memberships, and a competitive salary dependent on experience.
