We are looking for a self-motivated individual to lead and drive our clients' practice forward to the next level.
The role will involve:
** Clinical work
** Coaching and mentoring of colleagues
** Business strategy, planning and budgeting
The role would be suitable for an experienced/Senior Vet looking to take their first steps into managerial work as full support can be provided from the current Practice Manager and existing Clinical Director’s. There is also flexibility around days and hours worked, allowing discussions to suit the right individual.
- Up to £68,000

- 6.6 weeks leave + bank hols
