We are a Small Animal Practice based in the beautiful county Durham, looking for an experienced general practitioner (GP) Vet to join our dedicated team from January 2027 onwards. Additional qualifications or interests (e.g., Surgery, Medicine, Ophthalmology or Dentistry, etc.) are welcomed but not essential.
We are open to flexible working hours and part-time applications.
We have a dedicated OOH team for our OOH services and therefore no OOH contribution will be required.
There is a 1:6 weekend rota.
Are you keen to work in a practice equipped with an array of in-house equipment and multidisciplinary services to help you care for our patients, including:
- In-house laboratory
- Imagyst
- CT scanner
- Digital X-ray
- Ultrasonography
- GI tract endoscopy
- Urethroscopy and cystoscopy,
- Bronchoscopy,
- Laparoscopic equipment,
- Chemotherapy, and
- Hydrotherapy unit
Do you want to develop your veterinary skills?
We have certificate holders in various disciplines including surgery, imaging and medicine and we will support further training.
