A friendly, well-established 100% small animal practice in Cumbria is looking for a caring Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive, close-knit team.
The practice is well equipped with digital (including dental) x-ray, ultrasound, video endoscopy and an in-house lab, allowing a strong focus on high clinical standards and in-house diagnostics. The team works collaboratively and encourages individual development and interests.
The role offers 15-minute consults, a 1:4 OOH rota (fully remunerated), flexible working, and support from an experienced clinical and nursing team. The location provides an excellent work–life balance with easy access to the Lake District and Scottish Borders.
The ideal candidate will have some post-graduate experience, be confident with routine procedures and sole-charge consulting, and enjoy building long-term client relationships.
Package includes:
£40,000–£60,000 FTE DOE, 6.6 weeks’ holiday, £1,750 CPD + 5 days, funded certificates, paid memberships, wellbeing benefits, pension, annual pay reviews and visa sponsorship considered.
