Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Lake District
Salary: Competitive DOE | Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full or Part Time

The Role
- Full or part-time considered
- Shared 1 in 6 out-of-hours rota with dedicated nursing support
- Varied medical and surgical caseload
- Opportunity to develop clinical interests and pursue further qualifications
- Suitable for experienced small animal vets (not a new graduate position)
The Practice
This RCVS-accredited practice offers modern facilities and a supportive, collaborative team environment. You'll work alongside experienced certificate holders and benefit from regular clinical discussions, in-house CPD and access to excellent equipment including:
- Digital dental x-ray
- Ultrasound
- In-house laboratory
- Fully equipped operating theatre
- Dedicated rehabilitation centre with underwater treadmill, laser therapy, physiotherapy and acupuncture
The practice also benefits from an interesting and varied caseload, including first-opinion work, referral surgery, dentistry, rehabilitation cases and holidaymakers' pets visiting the Lake District.
