Jenna's client is looking for 2 Vet Surgeons to join their team. One full time and one as a maternity cover for 12 months.
The practice is a busy, small animal practice with a varied caseload. There is a dedicated team, friendly, who pride themselves on client relationships.
Ideally candidates will have more than 2 years experience and good surgical skills.
There are 38 hours/ 4 days available per week, between 8am - 7pm. There is a shared weekend rota - 1 in 8 full weekends, working 9am - 3pm on Saturdays and 10am - 12pm on Sunday and 1 in 8 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm.
The role does not require you to work any out of hours, but there is the facilities to care for inpatients if appropriate.
The practices are well-equipped with including digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, tonometer, video otoscope, rigid endoscopy, capnographs, doppler, multiparameter patient monitoring devices and ultrasound, etc.
There is a team of 10.5 Vets, 14 RVNS and support staff.
