VetPro Recruitment are seeking a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal practice in Devon. The role is suited to either vet with some post graduate experience who is comfortable in a consult room and with routine surgical procedures or a new graduate looking to develop their skills. You will join a supportive team that includes a variety of experience levels and RCVS GDP advisors as well as certificate holders. You will see a dynamic mix of consults and surgery. This is a full time position working 08:30 – 17:30, later finish of 18:30 when on call, which is typically quiet and on a shared rota which is currently 1 in 7. Time off in lieu for weekend on call. When on call you are required to do Saturday clinic, 08:30 – 13:00, then on call from home. Bonus scheme in place. Well equipped practice located on edge of Dartmoor with good access to Plymouth city centre. On offer is a competitive salary, dependent on experience. No visa sponsorship available.
