Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional clinical care and a desire to continue learning in a supportive environment. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped practice featuring:
- Cardiac ultrasound, dental X-ray, K-laser, endoscopy, aseptic theatre & prep room
- Full in-house lab (bloods, biochemistry, urine)
- Separate dog, cat, and exotic wards
- Spacious consult and waiting rooms
- Exciting caseload including birds, primates, reptiles, and snakes
You will be joining a welcoming team of Vets, RVNs, SVNs, and Veterinary Care Assistants dedicated to high-quality care. This team are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring colleagues, driving clinical excellence, and delivering exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will preferably be a RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP experience and a commitment to outstanding client and patient care as well as clinical leadership skills and an interest in team development and experience with nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures would be a plus.
Located just minutes from the M5 and A30, this practice is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Devon, Cornwall, and the Southwest have to offer, from beaches and moors to vibrant city life.
This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week with 1:4 weekends. However, our client can be flexible and will consider a part time role for the right candidate, so please do let us know your preferences.
