An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving veterinary practice. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking team that prioritizes high-quality clinical care and professional growth.
About the Role:
- Full-time position – 4-day working week, flexible hours
- Shared Saturday rota
- No out-of-hours required
- Sole charge responsibilities on some days
- Annual salary starting from £50,000 DOE

About You:
We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled vet who:
✔ Has at least 2 years of small animal experience
✔ Is RCVS registered
✔ Enjoys working as part of a team but is also confident in sole charge
✔ Strives to uphold high clinical and client care standards
✔ Has a passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clinical decision-making and resolving complaints
- Mentoring less experienced vets, sharing knowledge and expertise
- Working alongside the head nurse to provide day-to-day support for colleagues
- Contributing to business and branch development
