Our client is expanding their team to accommodate a growing client base and due to the relocation of a valued team member. They are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who’s eager to join a dynamic and supportive team in the heart of Dorset.
This practice is purpose-built and well-equipped with facilities including an operating theatre, two dedicated consult rooms, a nurse consult room/x-ray room, and modern GP practice essentials including a new digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, and full multi-parameter monitoring equipment. Our client is also open to investing in additional equipment depending on your areas of interest.
You will be working alongside the Clinical Lead and Practice Owner, as well as a team of four experienced and forward-thinking nurses, Practice Manager, and Owner, plus four incredible receptionists. This team is always looking for innovative ways to enhance the practice and provide top-tier clinical care and client service to their loyal and expanding client base.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in routine neutering, procedures, and emergency and critical care. While sole charge won’t be a significant part of your rota, you should be comfortable handling it when required. You will have structured days that feature 15-minute consultations as standard, with dedicated time for lunch and admin. There are regular team meetings to discuss practice improvements and maintain an open, flexible approach to patient and client care.

This is a permanent, full-time role and offers a salary up to £70,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
