This is an exceptional opportunity for a Floating Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive group of practices across the Dorset region. This role is ideal for a vet looking to gain exposure to a wide caseload, work with multiple teams, and develop leadership skills while maintaining clinical excellence.
🩺 The Role:
- Full-time position (4-day week) with 1 in 6 weekends
- Part-time and flexible working options available
- Work across a group of well-equipped practices with a consistent rota, planned in advance
- Opportunity to work alongside experienced vets, certificate holders, and strong support teams
- Mix of consulting and surgery, including sole-charge

🧬 What You’ll Bring:
- RCVS registration (or eligibility)
- Strong GP vet skills, confident with routine surgeries and sole-charge work
