An opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients growing practice in Dunbartonshire has become available.
This award-winning practice prides itself on a close-knit, supportive culture with exceptionally low staff turnover. You will join an established clinical team consisting of 11 Vets, 6 RVNs (led by a Head RVN), 3 SVNs, 3 VCAs, and 4 Receptionists. Most of the veterinary team hold between 3 and 18 years of qualified experience, offering a wealth of knowledge and support.
Personal development is highly valued, with funded career progression, certificate support (current team members are working towards internal medicine and exotics certificates), and mentoring available. Candidates interested in consulting-only roles are also welcome to apply.
📅 Rota & Hours:
- Working Hours: Full-time or part-time options available (from 30+ hours per week).
- Weekend Rota:
- Full-time: 1.5 in 8 weekends.
- Part-time: Up to 1 in 10 weekends.
- Out of Hours: No OOH duties.
👤 Candidate Requirements:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Ideally an experienced clinician looking to mentor, or a vet seeking career progression and certificate support.
- Candidates seeking a consult-only workload are also encouraged to apply.
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum (FTE, dependent on experience).
