Are you an experienced Vet looking for a fresh, fulfilling approach to your career? JR is supporting our client as they recruit a dynamic Veterinary Surgeon for their brand-new, purpose-built surgery in East Sussex, opening this autumn.
Designed to provide a modern, high-quality clinical environment, this state-of-the-art practice is finishing construction and will feature digital radiography, ultrasonography, and an Idexx in-house integrated laboratory. It also includes dedicated surgical facilities for both internal use and visiting specialist surgeons.
You will be joining a highly supportive, family-owned and proudly non-corporate practice.
While the initial shared rota involves sole charge, you will have excellent support from the practice owner, a visiting team of peripatetic surgeons, on-site nurses, and a wider network of thirty surgeons and eighty staff across the group who truly act as one collaborative team.
📅 Rota, Hours & Requirements:
- Hours: Full-time (4-day week and 1 in 2 Saturdays) or flexible part-time hours.
- Work-Life Balance: No on-call, no Sundays, and no bank holidays.
- Experience: Minimum of two years’ clinical experience is required.
💰 The Package:
- Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (commensurate with experience and hours).
- Annual Leave: Up to 6 weeks of annual leave.
