This role offers the opportunity to work in a charming, well-established practice set in a historic Grade II listed building. The practice boasts a loyal client base and a varied, busy caseload, allowing you to develop and expand your expertise in your chosen discipline.
You will be fully supported by an experienced Practice Manager, a Head RVN, and a strong, established nursing team. This role is perfect for an experienced vet looking to take the next step in their career without the pressure of building a practice from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
🐾 Provide exceptional clinical care to patients in consultations and surgical procedures
🐾 Deliver outstanding client service, keeping owners informed and reassured
🐾 Maintain the highest standards of professional and regulatory compliance
🐾 Develop accurate treatment and care plans with clear cost estimates
🐾 Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment
🐾 Ensure effective clinical handovers and patient transfers when required
🐾 Share best clinical practices within the practice and the wider veterinary community
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon
✔ Certificate Holder in Medicine, Surgery, or Diagnostic Imaging (or working towards one)
✔ Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
✔ Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop the team
✔ Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary practice
✔ Proactive and adaptable mindset to enhance clinical standards
