This charming practice is based in a beautiful Grade II listed building and is supported by a dedicated Practice Manager, Lead Vet, HRVN and a strong, established nursing team. With a loyal client base and excellent support, this is an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon who would like to take the next step in their career without the need to build a practice from scratch.

Located in a welcoming community, this role offers a balance of clinical challenge and lifestyle flexibility. The practice is looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon, ideally with a medicine bias, who is comfortable carrying out minimal surgeries.
Flexible working arrangements are available – whether that’s starting later for the school run, avoiding rush hour, or creating a better work-life balance. The role can be shaped around the successful candidate.

- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident in delivering high-quality patient and client care
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Able to demonstrate clinical leadership qualities
- Comfortable supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures
- Open to developing skills further with certificates and ongoing CPD opportunities
