A rare opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, supportive veterinary team in a busy, modern practice!
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a skilled, friendly team. This role offers flexibility, excellent support, and a varied caseload, giving you the chance to develop your clinical skills in a collaborative environment.
🌟 About the Role
- Full-time or part-time considered
- Weekdays supported by a strong team of RVNs and reception staff
- Sole charge weekends supported by a nurse and receptionist
- Paid 1-hour lunch break
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 FTE, dependent on experience
- Time back given during the week to balance weekend shifts
Weekends focus on emergency and sick cases, with limited vaccinations and no scheduled surgeries — giving you autonomy to manage cases confidently.

You’ll join a modern, fully equipped surgery with a loyal client base and a passionate, skilled team of vets, nurses, and support staff. The practice prides itself on offering advanced services including:
- Emergency & critical care
- Feline nursing
- Dermatology
- Clinical animal behaviour
