An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and confident Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s growing team in Essex, located in a bustling retail park. With fantastic transport links to the M25 and central London, this is a great position for an ambitious vet looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be joining a supportive and motivated team including 1 vet, 1 head nurse, 2 nursing assistants, and 2 receptionists. The practice is well-equipped with ultrasound, digital X-ray, and a full in-house lab, seeing a wide variety of small animal cases.
The ideal Candidate will preferably have medical and surgical skills experience and is comfortable with sole charge, as well as passionate about mentoring and team development.
The lead Vet, who recently completed a surgical certificate, is particularly interested in developing surgical services and is an ideal mentor for a vet wanting to grow in this area.
This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours a week over 4 days with 1:3 weekends. This role includes significant sole charge responsibility and partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
